Phase I of Going for Growth allows you two
days to get away from your office-away from the interruptions-to
reflect on where you are and where you're going.
You then learn how to apply our flexible
strategic planning and management process-a do-it-yourself
program involving you, your management team and your workforce-to
improve communication and performance.
Through it all, you can discuss your own
burning issues with other CEOs who've been there, done that.
