Event Information
  • Skills for Success

This is a “Hands On,” small group workshop where you learn practical and proven management techniques you can put to work immediately to make you a more effective CEO.

    2010-09-09 / September, 09 2010

    Ask yourself these questions:

As CEO of your company, can you do the following?

    • Effectively lead your team to implement your strategic plan? (Do you even have a plan?)

    • Run your meetings by the SLAP method?

    • Do Parallel Thinking with your top people?

    • Conduct Force Field analysis?

    • Have your managers implement Process Mapping in their departments?

If your answer is “No” to any (or all) of the above, this workshop will sharpen up your skills to more effectively lead your company in these challenging times

    Discussion Leader

Steve Nerney, CEO-NET member and former CEO of Kenra (profitably sold two years ago) will conduct this workshop. Steve is currently heading up a successful commercial real estate venture (Really? In these times!) and also consults world wide for a major packaging equipment manufacturer

    Participation

Limited to 8 participants to facilitate individual attention and open discussion - Some advance reading of the reference materials is required.
